Welcome to Avila. Avila at the Lodge offers everything you need in one place, the ultimate Lake of the Ozarks residence. The first building of Avila is complete and offers 36 two bedrooms units and eventually will expand into 146 two bedroom units. Avila is the first phase of an extensive plan for development and growth for the Lodge of Four Seasons. Other plans include various enhancements and upgrades to the resort's landscaping and recreational areas. Four Seasons Homes serves as general contractor for Avila, working in conjunction with the developer, the Lodge of Four Seasons. Nationally recognized Butler, Rosenbury & Partners serves as the project architects. The Springfield, Mo. firm was named the 31st top hospitality design firm in the nation by Hotel & Motel Management in December 2006 and is responsible for numerous hospitality development designs, including Hotel Contessa, Suites on the Riverwalk in San Antonio, Florida's Coral Springs Marriott Hotel and the Exposition Center in Springfield, MO.
