The Residences at the lodge Experience

Harold Koplar, the founder of the Lodge of Four Seasons, had a vision to create an unequaled experience in a remote land that would bring enjoyment to people of all ages. The 3,500-acre community of Four Seasons USA in the Midwest's Lake of the Ozarks emerged in 1964. Since that time, the Four Seasons experience that HK began has grown, developing through a family tradition of entrepreneurship, hospitality, and entertainment. In July 2007 – more than 40 years after HK opened the Lodge of Four Seasons – HK's daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Peter Brown Sr., grandsons and great-grandchildren celebrated the opening of a new Four Seasons era: Avila Condominiums at the Lodge, a new resort condominium hotel.
